As part of its 10-year capital investment plan, the University is considering options to redevelop its South Stoneham site. The development would centre around a Grade II listed, 18th Century Manor House and the surrounding Wessex Lane area to a new ‘student village’ providing student learning, teaching and research spaces as well as social areas and student accommodation.

CPC is supporting the University to develop its masterplan and to oversee the demolition of redundant 1950s and 1960s structures including a tower block. CPC’s role will continue to drive forward the new design, planning and construction of the new buildings which will transform the South Stoneham House site into a multi-purpose student campus.
