We offer talented graduates the opportunity to utilise and develop their skills, enriching the start of their careers.

We provide mentoring and coaching support with access to learn from all seniority levels of our business .

Our graduates are quickly integrated into our project teams, to have a voice within the team, to make a difference and bring new ideas. We offer learning and development through on-the-job training and guiding graduates to achieve professional qualifications.

We hold Graduate Assessment Days every year, where we have opportunities in:

  • Quantity Surveying in London, Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent.
  • Project Management in London, Oxford, Manchester and Leeds.

  • In your email, please state which role(s) you are interested in and in which location(s)
  • Confirm that you will be available to be in London to attend the respective Graduate Assessment Day on the dates listed below

The application deadline is Friday 14th November 2025.

Our 2026 Graduate Assessment Days will be as follows:

  • Quantity Surveying – Friday 28th November 2025, London
  • Project Management – Friday 5th December 2025, London

Joining CPC

We have opportunities, across our UK offices, for those looking to build an exciting career.  Your office location will act as your base, but you will be given the opportunity to work from a client site or to visit client locations.

Training & Development

From day one you will work within your team and receive the training and support you need to flourish. CPC fosters an agile and close-knit culture that will see you given on-the-job training and responsibility for your our own projects as soon as you are ready.

You will have all the tools and support you need to excel, including constant access to your line manager, early exposure to Partners and Directors in the business and a designated ‘buddy’ to help you with day to day challenges.

Your in-house support is blended with external qualifications and professional accreditation which could include the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Association for Project Management (APM).

Quantity Surveying

Quantity Surveying is crucial in delivering best value to our clients and safeguarding their return on investment. You will support your line manager by delivering a wide range of tasks to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Estimating and producing cost plans
  • Drafting the procurement documentation
  • Checking and analysing tenders, conducting cost checks and valuations
  • Analysing the numbers for the final accounts and liaising with the client, contractors and designers
Project Management

Project Management involves learning the theory behind all aspects of delivering a successful project, and the challenges of putting the theory into practice across different schemes and clients.

Day to day you will:

  • work collaboratively with different teams internally
  • liaise with stakeholders to manage expectations, identifying, analysing and mitigating risks
  • ensure projects are being delivered on time, on budget and within scope
  • ensure that our clients’ requirements are fully understood by the supply chain
