he Mayo Clinic, the University of Oxford and Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust formed a collaboration to establish a new world-class healthcare facility located at 15 Portland Place, in the heart of London’s Harley Street precinct. The works comprised the complete reconfiguration, and refurbishment of an 8-story building formally used as office space.

Our team oversaw the complex repurposing of this Edwardian-era building to deliver a facility that was fit for purpose for state-of-the-art medical suites: including MRI, CT, Endoscopy, Mammography, X-ray, Dexa, Ultrasound, Electrocardiography and associated operational facilities.
