Osian is a Partner within CPC’s Infrastructure Delivery Team experienced in defining, setting up and delivering major infrastructure from his work across Network Rail, High Speed Two, Ministry of Defence, Transport for London, Department for Transport, Paris 2024 Olympics, Sellafield Nuclear Power Station and National Air Traffic Services.
Osian’s strengths span from coaching and mentoring to leading multidisciplinary delivery teams in safety critical and highly regulated environments. He is a strategic thinker and adaptable leader with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills developed from working on highly political initiatives, often across departments and/or organisations.
