Allen joined CPC, as Partner, in March 2021 and is leading its cost and commercial management consultancy services in the Health, Education, Science and Technology (HEST) sectors.
Allen has over 18 years’ experience in cost management and nine years specifically in the HEST sectors driving value and efficiencies through the design of complex clinical environments, climate control systems, and bringing together interdepartmental stakeholder needs.
