Guinness appoints CPC for Housing Framework

One of the largest housing associations in England, The Guinness Partnership, has appointed CPC to its Employer’s Agent Consultancy Framework.

The framework, which has been split into three regional lots across England, will support The Guinness Partnership’s commitment to building 5,500 new homes by 2024 and 12,500 homes by 2030.

With only three suppliers appointed to each framework lot, CPC was successful in being awarded a place across all of the regional lots covering the length and breadth of England. The framework award was predominantly based on quality, with CPC demonstrating its expertise in framework management, provision of a highly skilled and experienced team and a commitment to social value.

CPC will provide Employer’s Agent consultancy services and other supporting consultancy services as required under The Guinness Partnership’s substantial new-build housing programme. It is anticipated, that over the four-year term of the framework, the programme could include up to 36 individual schemes ranging from 25-500 units.

Anthony Tarr, CPC Partner, said “We have a passionate and committed housing team within CPC, that have a unique track record in delivering successful housing schemes over the last 20 years. We are delighted to be able to support The Guinness Partnership as they invest in building thousands of great new homes for their communities.”

Kat Hurworth for The Guinness Partnership said: “We look forward to working with CPC, alongside our other newly appointed consultants.”
