LandSec has appointed CPC Project Services (CPC) to join their project team as they prepare to redevelop Red Lion Court, on the south bank of the River Thames in Southwark, London.
The proposed scheme will comprise approximately 330,000 sq ft of commercial office-led mixed use development while also providing a bespoke solution for affordable workspace in Southwark. The building being designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, intends to maximise the full potential of its prime river front location, while improving access to an enhanced public realm and retail offer within an exemplar office development of the highest quality and sustainability and townscape credentials.
CPC, as Project Managers, will work alongside LandSec’s development, design and construction teams to drive forward the programme with an agile and robust project execution strategy that maximises returns for the development.
