Interior refurbishment and recladding of Portsmouth House and Europa House for Empiric Student Properties.
The works included the refurbishment of 160 bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. In addition, the buildings were both completely reclad and the external landscaping renovated to provide substantially improved asset values for Emptric as well as allowing them to discharge works under the Building Safety Act.
The buildings remained in occupation throughout the works, with students decanted on a floor by floor basis. Currently the works have been progressing on programme, driven by an innovative approach to sectional completion and LADs designed by CPC.
