Receptionist & Office Support Manager

Reporting to the Head of Business Management and Sustainability, this is a great opportunity to join the UK’s largest privately owned consultancy in this space.
We are looking for a dynamic and welcoming individual who will embrace the fact that they are the first point of contact for client and guests of CPC, and is happy to commit to working 5 days a week in our London offices.
Please note you will replace an employee who is progressing their career via an internal move within CPC.
You will:
- Be the first point of contact for people communicating with CPC either in person or by phone, and reflect a positive image of the company.
- Facilitate the smooth operation of the Head Office facility.
Key Duties:
- Welcoming guests and answering incoming calls.
- Act as a source of contact for all office supplies and facilities
- Manage the Office Compliance for Health, Safety & Environmental, taking ownership of any action required.
- Undertake general admin duties as required.
- Support the induction process for new starters.
- Support the IT Manager with IT administration
- Organisation of Company’s social events
Experience & Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office including Outlook
- Good organisational and communication skills a must
- Discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Positive outlook and team player
Additional information
- Personal development provided, for industry standard qualifications, where appropriate, in line with a development plan agreed via twice yearly appraisals.
- You will be expected to participate and attend bi annual staff events and other related administrative or team building activities as arranged from time to time.
This position is 5 days a week in our London office, close to Liverpool Street, Bank, Fenchurch Street and Moorgate stations.
