Helen brings over 25 years global consultancy experience, supporting organisations to transform their businesses through successful change programmes and project delivery. Helen has led complex change programmes in a variety of industries including aviation, rail and utilities.
Helen commenced her career in the Virgin Group of companies, following this she successfully operated own business for 16 years in UK. She delivered culture change and diverse projects in multi disciplined teams in 20 countries across the globe.
Making a return to her native Ireland six years ago, Helen is an active member of the Irish International Business and Professional Network and Shannon Chamber of Commerce.
In December 2023, Helen joined CPC as Regional Director to lead its ambitious growth strategy across Ireland, engaging with CPC’s existing clients and creating new partnerships.
Helen is adept at enriching organisations and is a natural at collaboration and building relationships. She leads major projects, taking ownership and establishing a culture of trust that delivers sustainable results.
