On 6 March 2025, CPC Project Services (CPC) hosted a panel discussion in support of International Women’s Day 2025, with this year’s theme to ‘Accelerate Action’.
CPC’s Women in CPC Committee brought together senior women leaders from across various UK industries to discuss their work experiences, their career journeys, the challenges they faced and the opportunities for the future.
The panellists included:
- Liz Peace CBE
- Liz Hardy – Head of Capital Delivery, Stansted Airport
- Charlotte Hughes – Associate Director, CPC Systems
- Dr Cindy Walters – Director, Walters & Cohen Architects
- Beth West – Director & Founder, Navigate Advisory
CPC’s mission was to inspire its audience of 100 guests to consider new ideas on how to break the glass ceiling and accelerate action for gender equality.
