CPC teams up with Mott MacDonald for MAG Framework

CPC Project Services (CPC), in partnership with Mott MacDonald, has been appointed to Manchester Airports Group’s (MAG) new Capital Investment Consultancy Services Framework, securing a role in delivering one of the UK airport sector’s most significant capital investment programmes.

MAG is the UK’s largest airports group, serving more than 61 million passengers annually across Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands airports. Over the next five years, MAG plans to invest £2bn to modernise its infrastructure, expand capacity, enhance resilience and improve passenger experience, whilst accelerating its progress towards net zero carbon operations by 2038.

CPC will provide a range of strategic and technical consultancy services, working as part of integrated teams to help shape, coordinate and assure the delivery of complex capital projects across MAG’s Airport estate.

The collaboration will support the transformation of terminal facilities, airside and landside infrastructure, operational systems and sustainability-led upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to airport operations.

Nicholas Lloyd, Partner at CPC Project Services, said: “We’re delighted to be able to bring our expertise in working within complex airport environments to MAG at a pivotal stage in its strategic growth journey. Through our collaboration with Mott MacDonald, we will deliver transformative infrastructure programmes that strengthen MAG’s operational resilience and support its net zero ambitions. We look forward to building a long-term collaborative partnership that drives measurable outcomes across MAG’s portfolio.”
