CPC Project Services (CPC) has been appointed to the Government Commercial Agency (GCA)’s Workforce Solutions Framework (RM6288) – commonly known as Public Sector Resourcing (PSR).
PSR provides public sector organisations with a compliant and cost-effective route to securing specialist consultancy and resourcing support. Managed by Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), the framework operates across eight distinct PSR managed service lines.
CPC has been selected to support two of these services lines:
• Statement of Work (SoW) – an outcomes-based procurement pathway designed to deliver services against clearly defined outputs and measurable outcomes; and
• Resource Augmentation (RA) – providing direct placement of specialist consultants to enhance a client team’s capabilities.
CPC’s consultancy expertise will be accessible to more than 100 UK central government departments and agencies, healthcare providers, train operating companies, and infrastructure owners such as Network Rail.
CPC’s services will include:
• Digital Data and Technology (DDaT),
• Programme management
• Project management
• Programme Management Office (PMO)
• Change Management
• Commercial Services
• Organisational Development, and
• Broader Advisory Support
