CPC Project Services (CPC) has relocated its Birmingham office to Cathedral Place on Waterloo Street, moving from Edmund House to larger premises in the heart of the city’s Colmore Business District.
CPC’s new Birmingham home occupies the 4th floor of Cathedral Place, a Grade II listed building situated on the corner of Waterloo Street and Temple Row West, fronting St Philip’s Square. Behind the period façade, the building provides a Grade A specification, combining heritage character with a modern working environment.
The additional space gives CPC’s consultancy teams room to continue to grow and thrive. Its central location also keeps CPC closer to its Rail, Utilities and Residential clients and project sites, fostering a better service provision throughout the Midlands and beyond.
“Our Birmingham team has grown steadily over the past few years, and we had simply outgrown our previous space. Cathedral Place gives us room to keep building our presence, in a location that works for our people and makes it easy for clients to come and see us. It’s a building with real character, and we’re proud to have our name on the door.”
— Matthew Game, Regional Director, CPC Project Services
The Birmingham office is now open. CPC’s new address is Cathedral Place, 4th Floor, 42-44 Waterloo Street, Birmingham, B2 5QB. All other contact details remain unchanged.
