CPC Project Services (CPC) is pleased to announce its successful appointment to the Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) Consultancy Framework, under Lot 6: Quantity Surveying Services.
The four-year framework gives social landlords and other public sector organisations a compliant and efficient route to procure a wide range of built environment and construction-related consultancy services.
Designed to help CHIC’s members to access specialist expertise, the framework covers disciplines including project and contract management, architecture, building surveying, quantity surveying, engineering, fire safety, stock condition, and housing and asset management.
Through Lot 6, CPC’s chartered quantity surveyors can support members at every RIBA stage: from strategic stage where we’re shaping business cases and setting budgets to design and procurement stage where we provide cost plans, value engineering, contract advice, and full tender documentation. Once projects are on site, CPC’s team deliver cost control, contract administration and final account settlement services.
Throughout CPC will provide transparent, evidence-based advice that protects budgets and supports compliance with the Building Safety Act and wider regulatory requirements.
The framework has been designed to make it quick and easy to procure supplier services.
Anthony Tarr, Partner & Head of Residential (North), CPC Project Services: “We’re delighted to be appointed to the CHIC Consultancy Framework. It’s a real opportunity for CPC to support its members with efficient, compliant and professional quantity surveying services.
