CPC expands commercial team
CPC is delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Wood, who joins as Associate Partner, to support the growth of CPC’s property and commercial team in London and the South East.
Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry across multiple sectors including corporate real estate, manufacturing and financial services, where he has project managed multi-disciplined works programmes and complex projects.
Richard joins CPC after 15 years with Arcadis where he was Associate Director. During this time he worked on various projects including leading a Project Management Framework programme for Honeywell Global Real Estate, delivering strategic operational, acquisition, relocation and refurbishment projects across EMEA. He also worked on behalf of Ford Motor Company, overseeing a Project & Facilities Management framework and leading a complex £12.5m workplace transformation project for 2,500 staff. Richard has managed multiple projects across the UK for banking clients including American Express, TSB, Lloyds and Goldman Sachs.
With a background in Building Surveying, Richard began his career in facilities management for Vodafone and Aviva managing their corporate property estates and is a Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.
