Dominic Donnini joins CPC

CPC is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominic Donnini, who joins as Associate Partner, to grow CPC’s client base in the property, construction and transport sectors in the Greater Manchester region.

Dominic has 25 years’ experience in the property and construction field, particularly in the local authority sector, and has delivered over £1bn of capital investment in residential, office, hotel & leisure, education and emergency service schemes, over that time.

Dominic’s previous role was as Executive Director, Place and Commercial for Northamptonshire County Council, where he had direct responsibility for all Highways, Transport, Capital Programme (Property) and Environmental Services with a £250m operating and capital budget.

He also spent nine years with Cumbria County Council at Director level, leading the delivery of more than £230m in savings through organisational transformation and change management. Dominic chaired the Cumbrian flood recovery programme which reported directly to central government and to the UK Prime Minister, following the extreme rainfall that hit the region in December 2015.
