Tim is one of the founders of CPC and specialises in leading complex and challenging property developments to maximise financial and social value from each scheme.
Tim leads the Property and Construction division at CPC and is focussed on growing the team, managing its strategic direction and, fundamentally, providing service excellence to clients.
He has a track record spanning over 30 years, managing major projects in the private and public sectors; specialising in complex and stakeholder-sensitive property portfolios.
Tim is a Client’s trusted advisor delivering the right strategies, resources and processes to enable successful project outcomes.
He is overseeing programmes of work for capital estates in higher education; private and social housing schemes for developers and local authorities; and PMO services for private and public health providers.
