Raj is a Director at CPC and leads its Pre-Construction and Construction Advisory service. His experience to date is both wide and in-depth. Having educated and trained as a Civil Engineer and Construction Manager, his 38 years of experience comprises most sectors within the built environment, including Commercial, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Education, Public and Research.
Raj strives on challenging projects – he was at Mace for over 25 years prior to joining CPC in 2025. At Mace, he was part of the delivery team for the London Eye. He has also worked on other iconic projects including early advisory role for The Shard and was instrumental in winning and setting up the Tottenham Stadium project. His experience entails construction consultancy and delivery, having played an important role in Mace’s evolution into delivering projects.
