A highly experienced PM with 25 year’s experience delivering award winning residential developments for public and private clients.
Originally trained as an Architect in Australia, Philip emigrated to the UK to pursue his interest in large scale residential developments. Philip completed his Masters at University of Reading in 2003
Philip has joined CPC from PRP where he led its Project Management and Contract Administration services for five years. Prior to that Philip held several senior management roles within multi-disciplinary architecture, surveying and construction practices as well as housing associations across the UK.
Philip has written policy papers and best practice contract documentation for Housing Associations, most recently following the Grenfell tragedy, and for Central Government to implement recommendations from the Hackitt Review. He was a founding member of the APM’s (Association for Project Management) ‘Knowledge’ Special Interest Group and author of ‘Building homes at Scale – Nine Vital Ingredients’ (2015). He has also been a mentor through Housing Diversity Network’s mentoring programme.
