Chris has over 30 years’ experience in the project management industry, leading major, ‘ground-breaking’ projects due to their scale, innovative funding approaches and transformational nature.
He has holding senior positions at executive and non-executive level including Managing Director positions for Joint Ventures (JV) with Liverpool City Council, Knowsley MBC and Rochdale Council, winning Municipal Journal’s PPP of the year award for the JV between Rochdale Council and Mouchel.
Chris joined CPC as Partner in 2023 to lead and develop CPC’s business opportunities across North West England.
