New Student Centre
Cost Management Services for New Student Centre for the University York. This 7,000m2 facility is a heart of campus development, providing restaurant, café, bar and study space as well as a new lecture theatre and new broadcast media suite and recording facilities.
The building is planned to be a carbon positive building and also includes 10,000m2 of new public realm space that is re paved and re landscaped. The building connects to the existing university library via a new bridge link providing connectivity to the existing campus.
