University of Oxford

The Biochemistry Completion project is the construction of a new 13,500 sq.m. facility over six-storeys, with two basement levels, that will provide research laboratories and associated support facilities for the University of Oxford.

This new building situated within the Sciences area of the University, will house a mix of high quality applied research facilities, laboratories, offices, write up spaces, specialist equipment rooms and support facilities, as well as social and break-out spaces.

The development is complex due to its close proximity to other campus buildings, on a live operational site, with all surrounding access areas to remain unrestricted to staff and students throughout the project.
