4LM Programme
London Underground (LU) is investing in a £5.4bn systems and infrastructure programme, known as Four Lines Modernisation (4LM). The programme will bring in advanced automated train control and introduce 192 new trains onto the sub-surface railway network.
As part of a CPC/Mace Joint Venture the team were appointed as a Programme Support Partner responsible for reviewing the current 4LM programme and providing specialist resources to support the delivery teams. The team provided strategic and procurement advice to the LU’s leadership team and is now working with the internal team to deliver the programme.
