CPC tops the list for SME project management specialists
Building magazine published its annual Top 150 Consultants survey today, revealing the current status of the consultancy market in the UK.
The survey has highlighted a positive year for consultancy firms in 2018 with an average 7% growth in headcount and over 80% reporting stable or increased margins. Whilst Brexit has not had a significant impact to date on the market, there is less confidence for the year ahead due to Brexit’s unknown ramifications. According to Building’s Joey Gardner “The industry will hope the optimism is more justified than the caution”
Close to 250 companies took part in the survey providing information about their businesses and how they see the future outlook over the next 12 months. The league tables were split into four main consultancy categories: surveyors, project managers, engineers and architects.
CPC was the only SME in the Top 10 Project Managers in the UK, ranking 9th in the 2018 list.
Steve Mole, CPC Managing Partner said “In the context of considerable uncertainty and change, both politically and economically, we continue to grow as a business and expand our client base. This is made possible by the commitment of our people and our ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and service excellence”.
