CPC promotes Head of HR to new role as Partner
CPC’s human resources (HR) leader, Siobhán Delany, has been promoted to join its Board in a new Partner role.
A long standing employee of CPC, Siobhán has been managing HR and recruitment for over 10 years overseeing staff management, learning & development and supporting the growth of CPC.
She will join the 10 existing Partners which sees HR represented for the first time at Board level.
Steve Mole, CPC Managing Partner said: “Siobhán takes care of what’s most important to us, our people, and we are delighted to announce her promotion to Partner which recognises the significant difference Siobhán has made, and will continue to make, to our business.”.
Siobhán said “I am excited to be taking on this next chapter of my career at CPC. For me, being around the Boardroom table will ensure that our people, our culture and our values continue to be at the forefront of our business and that we remain open to new and innovative ways of working to suit our diverse teams”.
