North Thames Genomics Lab Relocation
To conduct a Construction Impact Assessment (CIA) for the North Thames Genomics Laboratory Hub relocation project which was being located to the Zayed Centre for Research (ZCR).
The project scope included a full strip-out of existing finishes, services, and walls to accommodate the new layout, utilising existing risers and main services while incorporating necessary upgrades as required.
