Steve is a highly experienced consultant with over two decades of expertise in asset management systems, business process optimisation, and project delivery within the rail industry. As a Principal Consultant in CPC’s Asset Management team, Steve plays a pivotal role in helping clients unlock value through innovative technological solutions and efficient project execution.
Steve began his career at Balfour Beatty Rail, where he developed his expertise as a Systems Super User, providing vital support and training during the implementation of Network Rail’s Asset Management System. Transitioning to Network Rail in 2006, he undertook a range of roles, from Data Analyst to Programme Manager, demonstrating consistent success in delivering transformative business systems.
Steve brings a comprehensive understanding of asset management systems, mobile apps, and business processes, combining technical expertise with a passion for meeting client needs. His ability to bridge the gap between technology and operations ensures organisations can make the right decisions and achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
