A founding Director of CPC’s Railway Systems division, Phil works closely with rail systems operators at strategic and operational level to deliver complex systems projects.
He is a Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and Institute of Quality Assurance, and provides invaluable technical advice to clients and builds bespoke and technically skilled teams to meet project needs.
Phil is committed to driving performance and maintenance improvements for TBTC and CBTC railways around the world including London, Singapore, Toronto, and Istanbul.
