Nicholas leads CPC’s Transport and Infrastructure division, overseeing project, programme, and cost management services across Rail, Roads, Aviation, Utilities and Defence sectors.
With over 15 years of experience, Nicholas excels in providing programme advisory and project management services. His expertise lies in leading integrated teams throughout every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of both social and financial benefits. He is a highly effective leader who fosters both collaborative and innovative behaviours.
With a background in construction management and the built environment, Nicholas is a chartered builder and a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM). After joining CPC in 2012, he joined CPC’s Partnership in 2019 and later became the Head of Transport and Infrastructure in 2023.
He is a keen programme management practitioner and passionate about driving down risk to deliver projects and programmes efficiently and bring speed to value for CPC’s clients.
