Holly is experienced in providing Commercial consultancy services in the railway industry. A collaborative team member, Holly is focused on working flexibly to get to best outcomes from teams. She is dedicated to building relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and a drive for focussing on goals and results.
As Associate Director as CPC, Holly manages a team of staff working across its Transport & Infrastructure section, including as part of Network Rail’s North West & Central (NW&C) region and Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU).
Alongside this, she is involved in growing business opportunities and client relationships with a particular focus on the Northern region, including being part of the Rail Industry Association’s (RIA North Leadership Group.
Holly has gained valuable experience through working on two major Alliances in Network Rail as part of the commercial team, working as the ‘client’ and as part of the delivery team. Through this experience, she’s gained knowledge of working alongside major players in the industry such as Balfour Beatty, Laing O’Rourke and Atkins.
During her time at Network Rail, Holly has also operated in a procurement space alongside post contract management and has gained MCIPS in doing so.
