Andy is responsible for managing and growing CPC’s Transport Advisory expertise in the Rail & Airports sector. Andy has over 27 years’ experience in the project management industry.
A highly qualified Partner and leader, Andy has delivered complex and innovative projects and programmes at Director level, predominantly in rail-related projects and programmes, and often within politically sensitive and multi-stakeholder environments.
He is a respected industry speaker and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics of Transport & Logistics (FCILT); the Association for Project Management (FAPM); the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI); and the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB).
He has led roles on: the National Joint ROSCO Project for the Digital Railway; the Department for Transport’s Smart Ticketing and Network Services programmes; and franchise bidding for various Train Operating Companies.
