We are a responsible business and take full accountability of the impact of our
operations on our people, clients, suppliers, local communities and the
environment.
Our sustainability and responsible business strategies consider and address
these impacts, providing a framework to manager and deliver our ESG
commitments.
We have aligned our sustainability strategy to the most applicable United
Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) pledging our
commitment to assessing our impact and taking action to contribute to building
‘a better and more sustainable future for all’.
We will continue to innovate and invest in our services, processes and
activities to improve our social and environmental impacts for today and for
future generations.
Supporting our communities
We are supporting the health and wellbeing of our communities by working in partnership with local charitable organisations and our national charity partner, Mental Health UK. We’ve donated food & supplies, home-baking equipment, IT equipment, bleed control kits and clothing. We have sponsored local charities’ events and schools as well as hosting and taking part in regular fundraising events.
We are creating job opportunities and work experience opportunities specifically from the local area, where we are delivering projects across the UK.
Our social value activities & partnering
We are partnering with Chapter One, Inspiring the Future and STEM as part of our active volunteering programme, where our staff our engaging with children and students, through face-to-face talks, webinars and workshops, to develop their skills for the future and promote our profession.

We are committed to ensuring that we take action to reduce our impact on the environment and actively contribute to building a sustainable future. We have embedded sustainable business practices into our day-to-day operations including sustainable travel and waste reduction.
We have a climate action group that are dedicated to driving initiatives that support our sustainability and environmental objectives, including raising awareness amongst our stakeholders.
We have been a carbon neutral business since 2021 and, as an SME in the UK, we were one of the early adopters to sign up to the Science-Based Targets Initiative, committing to reduce our carbon emissions to net zero by 2050.

We are also supporting our clients to develop and manage their physical delivery on sustainability such as refurbishing existing buildings and improving infrastructure to be more energy efficient.
