CPC Project Services (CPC) has been appointed on Lot 3: Project Management on the Construction Professional Services 2 (CPS2) framework – one of the first frameworks awarded by the newly formed Government Commercial Agency (GCA).
This prestigious public sector framework is one of the largest for consultancy services valued at £3.5bn over 4 years and will provide technical consultancy services for the built environment and civil engineering projects across the UK public sector.
CPS2 is a Pan-Government Collaborative Agreement to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including but not limited to, Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, Housing, Charities, Not for Profit, Nuclear and Devolved Administrations and International.
CPC brings over 35 years’ experience in project management and construction consultancy to this framework and is one of a restricted number of suppliers appointed to this Lot.
Covering the full lifecycle of construction projects, from inception through to completion, CPC will provide a wide range of consultancy services including client advisory, employer’s agent, NEC project management, planning, governance, controls, PMO and commercial services.
The CPS2 framework will run until February 2030 with CPC’s services aligning to the UK Government’s Construction Playbook, social value commitments and carbon reduction targets.
