APS Partnership and CPC to support DfT STAR3 Framework

APS Partnership (APS) and CPC Project Services (CPC) will be supporting the Department for Transport (DfT)’s new STARThree Technical Advisor Consultancy Framework.

The DfT’s £600m framework, is its third iteration, and brings together the best industry expertise for specialist consultancy services in the rail, road and aviation sectors.

Split into specialist categories, the APS, CPC and Insight partnership will be providing ‘Category E’ services in transport project and programme management advice over the next three years.
