Vivid Homes has appointed CPC Project Services (CPC) to provide Employer’s Agent services under a four year framework agreement.
Vivid is a Registered Provider and major builder of new homes and managed services across 20 local authorities in the Hampshire and Surrey areas, currently managing around 30,000 homes.
CPC will be assisting Vivid to deliver 1,200 new homes a year, under a call-off contract procurement structure. These homes will include a mixture of tenures including shared ownership, private for sale, private rental and social and affordable housing. Although a high percentage of projects will be Section 106 developer-led schemes, around 200-300 units a year will derive from Vivid-led opportunities.
