CPC are delighted to have been appointed by UCL to provide Building Surveying services under a new consultancy framework agreement. CPC will be supporting the Estate Team in delivering its Capital and Strategic Management Plan to optimise and transform its estate into a world leading campus.
The University is over half way through a £1.2bn investment programme, known as ‘Transforming UCL’, to ensure the Estate is facilitating its 2034 strategy to be London’s Global University – leading the way in research, innovation, teaching and global change.
CPC’s Building Surveying services include Principal Designer and Lead Consultant services, as well as, Condition Surveys, Dilapidation Surveys & Neighbourly Matters such as Party Wall and Rights to Light advice.
