The Corporation of London – ‘The City’ – has appointed CPC to its new £32m Project Management (Construction) Framework over the next 4 years.
With over 800 properties within its portfolio, The City is responsible for providing services to residents and businesses within the Square Mile, surrounding areas of London and parts of the wider Home Counties.
CPC is one of only 12 suppliers selected to provide full project management services acting as project manager, contract administrator, employer’s agent, and client representative on construction projects valued at between £4m – £60m.
These projects will include commercial offices, investment properties, infrastructure enhancements, arts & educational facilities and housing accommodation.
