We work with all types of housing projects including affordable and intermediate rent tenures; PRS (Private Rented Sector) schemes; shared ownership schemes; mixed tenure schemes; mixed-use developments; estate regeneration projects; property development management; and homes for outright sale (private for sale).
From a pre-contract perspective, we are able to help clients to maximise the potential of their site, guiding them to deliver a robust project brief, through the financial appraisal, design, planning and subsequent legal and contractual negotiations to enable acquisition.
Following this we are able to provide a full post contract project management service which includes managing on site delivery from early construction phases through to handover. Ensuring that schemes are delivered to within financial parameters and on time whilst maximising quality and value.
