Mark Cleverly, a former Senior Partner at Arcadis, joined CPC Project Services LLP (CPC) on 4th November, as Partner and Head of Commercial Services and Property Development.
Mark has over 22 years’ experience in the consultancy industry, most recently with Arcadis, where he has delivered major projects and programmes in commercial office, private residential and sports stadia. He has led in excess of 200 commercial, cost and project management professionals, driving growth and diversification strategies in both UK, EMU and Asian regions.
Prior to his role with Arcadis, he worked for EC Harris and Davis Langdon, leading on award-winning science, research, higher education and utilities projects, for clients such as UCL, University of Oxford, Wessex Water, the National Trust and Centrica.
With a background in quantity surveying and a qualified RICS professional, Mark is a key industry influencer, frequently speaking at industry events, writing forward-looking industry reports and providing insight and comment for leading trade magazines, such as Building and Property Week.
