EN:Procure appoint CPC to Construction Consultancy Framework

EN:Procure, the specialist procurement arm of social housing consortium, Efficiency North Holdings Limited, has appointed CPC to its new construction-related consultancy framework.

CPC will provide Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services, over the next 4 years, supporting the delivery of social housing projects across the North of England. The £10.4m framework received an unprecedented level of interest from over 600 consultancy providers, with only 70 consultancies appointed across eight individual lots for professional services.

EN:Procure Director of Operations Emma Mottram commented, “Following a detailed and challenging test of so many tenderers’ capacity, competency and efficiency we are delighted to have achieved such a diverse offer in the Framework, with a mix of larger national practices as well as smaller local businesses. We are very much looking forward to working with them to find solutions that meet the needs of our members and their communities in the current challenging economic climate.”

Graham Hastie, CPC Partner, said “We’re delighted to be working with EN:Procure, and providing our expertise in professional consultancy services to deliver successful social housing projects that will build new community spaces across the region over the coming years”.
