The 2024 Building Awards celebrated excellence in the UK construction industry last night at the Grosvenor Hotel in London. Hosted by comedian, Tom Allen, the Awards recognized the best construction projects, contractor, architect, consultant/surveyor, engineer, manufacturer, housebuilder, and employer of the year.
CPC Project Services (CPC) won one of the most hotly contested categories of the night, Construction Consultant/Surveyor of the Year (over 100 staff). It is the second consecutive year that CPC has won this prestigious industry award.
This category’s criteria covered key themes on outstanding project delivery, innovation, sustainability, systems, customer satisfaction, staff care & workforce diversity, research and development and careers in the built environment.
The Building Awards judges noted that: “CPC had a stand-out approach to market conditions this year, taking on challenges by finding new ways to grow the business and create value for clients. It showed examples of fresh thinking and innovative solutions leading to the company successfully breaking into new sectors. CPC offered a lesson in how to diversify a business and how to embed sustainability into its business operations.”
