CPC Project Services (CPC) will be providing consultancy services to a joint venture (JV), led by Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design and CampbellReith, which has just been appointed to Homes England’s 2019-2023 Multidisciplinary Panel.
The Tibbalds CampbellReith JV is one of 20 specialist teams on the Panel, and will deliver rapid and cost effective access to professional services to support Homes England’s developments over the next four years.
CPC will be providing Employer’s Agent, development management, project management, cost management, governance and corporate risk management services as part of a wider project team, which includes architectural, planning, engineering and property consultancy services.
The Tibbalds CampbellReith JV, first appointed by Homes England in 2014, stands out by bringing together the right teams to deliver both technical coverage of a large organisation with the responsiveness and flexibility of SMEs.
Local authorities, healthcare, educational institutions, registered providers and government departments, will also have access to the Panel members, at no cost.
