As part of its 10-year Growth Strategy, CPC is to relocate to a new, modern workspace in Leeds. CPC has significantly expanded its services and client base in and around the North East of England over the last 18 months, which has inevitably changed its workspace needs.
CPC’s new office will more than double its current size for staff and guests and includes the latest trends with:
- A Biophilic design: with natural elements such as greenery on the ceilings and in other prominent positions;
- Hybrid & collaborative workspaces: to maximise workspace flexibility with both private, open plan and collaborative areas to support innovation and teamwork;
- Smart & agile working: utilising technological and adaptable space opportunities;
- Employee wellbeing: a focus on health and comfort throughout the design and the provision of staff facilities.
