CPC Project Services has won two supporting roles on the Network Rail Design Services Framework (DSF). We are supporting Jacobs UK for their national contract for multidisciplinary design services and DB Engineering & Consulting for their regional contract for Southern Region telecoms design services.
As named partners within each framework CPC Project Services bring extensive experience and capability to support Network Rail’s needs, undertaking requirements capture, design management and supply chain collaboration. With our major engineering partners and other SME supply chain associates, we offer a unique service proposition for Network Rail.
The Design Services frameworks support the growth of CPC Project Services’ consultancy service offering to Network Rail, building on our existing appointment to their Management Consultancy Framework.
The DSF is an important suite of framework contracts for Network Rail which run through to the first year of CP7 and can be extended for a further 3 years. They will feature heavily in Network Rail’s work in CP6 when the infrastructure owner is due to spend £15bn on renewals alone.
John Chappell, Associate Partner and Network Rail Account Lead for CPC Project Services, commented, “The quality of design services provided through the DSF for both large and small infrastructure projects will be key to Network Rail’s success. We are delighted to be playing a part of this and look forward with working with Network Rail through CP6 and beyond.”
