CPC bolsters residential team

CPC has appointed Philip Pamment as Head of Residential (South) to bolster its growing residential team in the South East. Philip has over 25 years’ experience in delivering award winning residential projects in the public and private sectors.

Philip joins from PRP where he led the Project Management and Contract Administration services for many years. Philip brings design awareness as a trained Architect and extensive contract administration experience across a variety of housing tenures including Private Sale, Shared Ownership, Mixed-Use and Affordable.

Philip has written policy papers and best practice contract documentation for Housing Associations, most recently following the Grenfell tragedy, and for Central Government to implement recommendations from the Hackitt Review.

He is a founding member of the APM’s (Association for Project Management) ‘Knowledge’ Special Interest Group and author of ‘Building homes at Scale – Nine Vital Ingredients’ (2015). He is also currently a mentor for the Housing Diversity Network.
