CPC appointed to DfT Technical Advisory Framework, STAR2

The Department for Transport (DfT) has appointed CPC Project Services (CPC) to its newest technical advisory framework for rail and transport systems consultancy support, over the next four years.

Known as ‘Specialist Technical and Commercial Advice for Rail and other Transport modes’ or STARTwo, the framework will provide the DfT with a strong supplier community, which will support its commitment to increase the level of investment in UK transport by 50% by 2020.

The STARTwo Framework procurement process began in March 2018, and consists  of seven categories from transport planning and strategy to operations, infrastructure and commercial advice.  This has culminated in 63 specific supplier appointments.

CPC will be providing consultancy services under Lot 1 for “Transport Project and Programme Management Advice” in the medium category.  CPC is also a named supplier of RPS Ltd who are Agency Suppliers under Lot 3’.
