CPC has strengthened its property & construction division with the appointment of Allen Beever, as Partner. Allen will lead CPC’s cost and commercial management consultancy services in the Health, Education, Science and Technology (HEST) sectors.
Previously a Director at Arcadis, Allen led its Cost Management Services for ‘UK South’, managing a team of 30 people and delivering projects totalling over £800m within the Science, Education and Health sectors. Recently, he has been responsible for delivering multi-million pound HEST projects including the University of Oxford’s/ Legal and General’s £200m Life and Mind Building, Royal Brompton and Harefield’s £40m New Imaging Centre, City of London’s £35m Shoreditch Park Academy and the £60m Imperial College London’s new School of Public Health.
Allen has over 18 years’ experience in cost management and nine years specifically in the HEST sectors driving value and efficiencies through the design of complex clinical environments, climate control systems, and bringing together interdepartmental stakeholder needs.
Before Arcadis, Allen spent two years at Arup, where he led Buildings Cost Management for the South of the UK.
