Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Summer 2027 – HEST Team

You’ll join a high-performing, close-knit team of professionals based in our London head office, working on projects within the Health, Education, Science & Technology sectors. We partner with some of the UKs most prominent Universities, NHS trusts and Technology facilities, working on projects from £1m-60m+.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is motivated to build a long-term career in Quantity Surveying and brings:

• A BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• An interest in developing towards professional chartership
