CPC Project Services (CPC) is delighted to announce that strategic land advisor David Morris is partnering with CPC’s Land & Partnerships team, to launch a new Land Enabling consultancy service:
David has over 30 years’ experience in the land and development market, working on behalf of Plc house builders and large private developers across North West England.
This exclusive arrangement strengthens CPC’s existing Land and Partnerships services which has been hugely successful since its inception in 2023.
In this time, CPC has enabled more than 40 development opportunities for its clients to deliver over 2,800 new homes.
